Why a Podcast?

You might be wondering—why a podcast? Well, it’s simple: I wanted to create something that would fit into your life, whether you’re in the car, at the gym, or tackling your to-do list. Because I get it - life with T1D is busssyyy. Podcasts are the perfect platform to get into the nitty-gritty details, talk through your challenges, and answer the questions that matter most - and get DEEP on topics when needed (something that I just can't do on instagram!) The episodes are easy to listen to whenever and wherever it works for you. You can listen on your walk, on your commute, or while you're cooking dinner. I want this podcast to be a resource that helps you manage your health and T1D on your own terms.

T1D doesn’t have to dictate your life, and I’m here to help you feel like you're back in the drivers seat.
