Ingredients 30g Bulk Nutrients Salted Caramel (whey protein concentrate) 100g Banana 350ml Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 cup ice 1/4 Salted Caramel Kenny’s Protein Icecream (from Aldi) Salt to taste Sweetener to taste

Method Blend until frothy and CHUG!😍 (I topped with some more of the kennys icecream because.. well icecream.💁🏼‍♀️
