Salted Caramel Protein Shake


Ingredients

4-5 Ice Cubes OR Dash very cold water

15g Raw Cashews

10g Pitted Dates

120g Banana

30g Salted Caramel Protein Powder (bulk nutrients) (optional)

250ml Unsweetened Coconut Milk

2Tbsp Sugarfree Maple Syrup (walden farms)

Salt (to taste)


Method

Blitz ice cubes (or dash of cold water), cashews and dates in a blender or food processor until as smooth as possible.

Add remaining ingredients and process until well combined.

Enjoy!
