Low Carb 5 Seed Crackers

Ingredients

1 cup sunflower seeds 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup chia seeds 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1/4 cup flaxseed, (linseed) 1 tsp salt dried herbs (whatever you like) 1.5 Cups Water

Method • Add water to seeds, mix and leave for at least half hour for the chia to swell and bind everything together

• Smooth onto a baking sheet and flatten until about 4mm thick • Bake at 170° for 15 minutes or until crispy and baked through.

• Once cool, snap into the size of crackers you would like and store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 2 weeks.

*You want to ensure the crackers have no moisture left in them so that they don’t get mouldy in storage.*
